Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide quality care, direction, guidance, and help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication assistance, and meal planning in clients' homes.

You will serve as a companion, help arrange transportation, monitor safety, document daily updates on an online platform, observe conditions, and perform other duties as assigned while upholding HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, hygiene, meal planning, dressing, grooming, and medication administration.
• Provide or arrange transportation to appointments and run errands.

• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe client condition and surroundings to ensure safety and monitor equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
