Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides in Ashdown, AR to assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders.

You will support bathing, dressing, meal planning, grooming, and mobility in a respectful, client-centered manner. You will coordinate transportation, accompany clients to appointments, and provide updates on care progress via an online platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide written daily updates of shifts using an online system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
