Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Arkansas is seeking caregivers to provide quality care and support to clients in daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal planning, and medication support, while ensuring safety and empathy.

You will document each shift, assist with transportation, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the care team to help clients achieve independence and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HIPAA privacy knowledge preferred.
• Ability to perform daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship to improve quality of life.
• Document daily shift activities in an online platform.
• Monitor safety and surroundings; report changes.
• Follow policies and SOPs; HIPAA compliant.
• Engage in effective communication with clients and care team.

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
