Gateways to Change, Inc. in Rhode Island is seeking dedicated Direct Support Workers to assist adults with developmental and physical disabilities in home and community settings. You will help individuals acquire daily living and social skills.

Responsibilities include in-home and community-based support, transportation to appointments and activities, assistance with personal care, and contributing to a safe, supportive environment. Competitive benefits offered for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection.
• Must provide a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Direct Support Workers who are striving to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Help individuals acquire and maintain skills to improve their daily-living, and socialization skills.
