The role involves helping individuals achieve daily living and social goals, transporting them to appointments and activities, and assisting with personal care and medication administration. Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Direct Support Workers who are striving to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Help individuals acquire and maintain skills to improve their daily-living, and socialization skills.

• Provide In-Home and Community Based support to individuals
• Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and local community
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities
• Assist in toileting, dressing, and hygiene
• Administration of medication
