Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, transportation, and community involvement, with paid training and a sign-on bonus. This part-time weekend position offers a pay rate of 17.50–19.00 per hour, paid training, and a $1000 sign-on for full-time or $500 for part-time staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist adults 22+ with daily living activities and community participation.
• Support with household tasks, meals, transportation, appointments, and safety routines.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans as required.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and DDS regulations.
