In this entry‑level role you act as advocate, coach, and transportation helper, while following person‑centered plans. High School Diploma or GED preferred; FT 2nd shift schedule with some weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
