Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community outings.
• Teach independent living skills and support decision-making.
• Provide transportation to appointments and recreational activities.
• Document care provided and maintain confidentiality.
