Responsibilities

• Ensure client’s Health, Wellness and Safety.
• Encourage individual goals related to independent living skills.
• Crisis prevention and intervention.
• Promote advocacy and individual rights.
• Maintain detailed documentation on client status and progress.
• Safe and appropriate implementation of behavior support strategies.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation promptly.
• Support client independence in daily living, work, learning and leisure.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete required annual trainings to maintain certifications.
