Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

• Ability to complete required Direct Care Worker evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Support Health, Wellness and Safety of clients.
• Encourage learning and independence in daily living tasks.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention.
• Uphold client advocacy and rights.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of client status.
• Follow behavior support plans and interventions as directed.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately.
• Use prompting, instruction, modeling, and reinforcement for client goals.
