Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/FA, TB screening, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (personal hygiene, meal prep, household chores).
• May transport clients to community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings.
• Document observations and progress toward goals; ensure a safe environment.
