Qualifications

• Experience with Intellectual and Developmentally Delayed individuals preferred but not required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Active Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to clients based on treatment plans.
• Complete written documentation of services provided.
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the Qualified Professional.
