Job summary

Mt Olivet Rolling Acres seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist clients with daily living activities, personal cares and program implementation. You will help ensure safety, supervise activities, and support home operations within Minnesota-based residential settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, meals, household tasks and community participation while documenting care and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain qualified status.
• Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General.
• Must meet the company’s physical job demands.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class or ability to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports.
• Support daily routines, including hygiene, domestic tasks, nutrition and safety.
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Drive to appointments and activities using a company vehicle during operating hours.
• Maintain documentation of medications, treatments and daily logs.
• Collaborate with the team to implement goals and ensure client safety.
