Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres in Victoria, MN is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living, personal cares and program implementation, ensuring safety and well-being in the home setting.

You will support routines, meals, transportation, and community activities, document care, collaborate with the team on goals, and complete required trainings while upholding HIPAA and CSSP procedures. This nonprofit role includes meaningful benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Not excluded from government health programs.
• Able to meet company’s physical job demands.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class (80% or greater).
• Ability to use a computer per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports, ADLs and mental health supports.
• Assists individuals with a daily routine, including hygiene, housekeeping, budgeting, safety and health.
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Drives to/from and accompanies clients at appointments and activities using a company vehicle.
• Maintains and documents prescribed medication, treatments, diets, and exams as directed by CSSP/CSSP-A.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA and MORA policies.
