Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home and in the community. You will help with daily living, build skills, and promote independence, safety, and dignity.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($18–$20) with experience-based starting rates, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires, flexible scheduling, paid training, health benefits, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
