- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Goal development and individualized support with teaching skills and promoting independence.
- Behavioral and rights‑based care with approved strategies.
- Accurate documentation and compliance in Setworks per Iowa Code.
- Direct care, safety, and advocacy in home and community settings.
- Medication administration and attendance in accordance with six rights and policies.
