Job summary

KenCrest is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Western Montgomery County. This role acts as caregiver and life coach, promoting independence, choice, and community involvement.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, a rotating weekend schedule, and an enhanced rate of $18.00/hour at the pilot location, plus paid orientation and training to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass background checks and drug screening per state requirements.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and medication administration.
• Support social outings, transportation, and community involvement.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports and medical forms.
