• Reliable transportation with evidence of $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Goal Development & Individualized Support: Develop goals and provide direct support to teach skills and promote independence.
• Behavioral & Rights-Based Care: Implement approved behavioral strategies while upholding rights.
• Accurate Documentation & Compliance: Complete Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks accurately.
• Direct Care, Safety & Advocacy: Provide safe, respectful support that promotes choice and independence.
• Medication, Attendance & Professional Responsibility: Administer meds with six rights and maintain attendance and policy compliance.
