Job summary

The State of South Carolina BHDD-OIDD is hiring a Direct Support Manager to oversee ICF-IID residential areas in Clinton. You will serve as QIDP, ensure compliance with active treatment, and supervise Direct Support Professional staff to provide quality care.

Responsibilities include documentation, staff training, and coordination with guardians. Requires a human services degree and relevant experience, plus completion of required screenings per state policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of related experience.
• Experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings and comply with agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Direct Support Manager/QIDP for an assigned residential area in BHDD-OIDD.
• Ensure services meet identified needs according to active treatment standards daily.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of services provided.
