Job summary

ICF is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join the Management Team in Chattanooga. The role coordinates staff, oversees active treatment plans, and ensures integration of services across programs.

Responsibilities include developing ISPs, supervising House Managers, scheduling staff, participating in HRC and accreditation processes, and mentoring other professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Physical requirements: TB test and good health; ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISP meetings and develop Individual Support Plans.
• Observe individuals, review data, and revise programs as needed.
• Schedule staffing, supervise House Managers, and participate in on-call coverage.
