Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate program operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, schedule staff, coordinate activities and appointments, and maintain detailed records for individuals served.

You will lead a team with a focus on safety, community integration, and ensuring quality of life for clients, while remaining adaptable in a growing environment and providing on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• A passion to serve others.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Love of operations and creating efficient environments.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt in a growing environment.
• One year experience in a related field.
• Certification in CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals by ensuring the living environments and program activities are in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary
