Job summary

MDH Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Behavioral Tech in Burbank, CA. The role supports intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community, with shifts including afternoons and weekends.

Expect training and a family-oriented atmosphere that values CARE values and teamwork. You will help with daily activities, behavior support, and documentation, while promoting independence and quality of life for Participants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or related fields is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and California auto insurance coverage; if using a company vehicle, must be 21+.
• English reading/writing proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals with personal care needs (baths/showers, dressing, hygiene).
• Support daily routines and community activities, including meals and movement.
• Document progress notes and communicate needs to the team.
