Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• CA Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check; ASL skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with I/DD in homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities, preserving dignity and independence.
• Coordinate and accompany individuals to outings, activities, and appointments.
• Encourage social interactions and community inclusion.
• Document observations and communicate with the team to ensure quality support.
