Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Help with meals, mobility, and participation in activities.
• Record progress notes and communicate changes to the team.
• Drive to community locations using personal vehicle or company vehicle when available.
