Job summary

TDS Telecom in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a Supervisor-Direct Sales to lead a field sales team, coach reps, and drive revenue. You will hire, motivate, and manage performance, while coordinating with HR and leadership to meet targets.

The role requires sales leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel; you will educate customers on voice, data, and TV services and ensure orders flow smoothly from sale to install.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or higher) or 2+ years professional work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or sales management experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and willing and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets and performance expectations.
• Contact cold and warm potential customers in person and via telephone to educate them on services and obtain appointments.
• Write and submit accurate and timely orders that abide by the established sales process.
• Oversee orders and remit them in a timely fashion per process.
• Manage customer accounts from initial sale through installation and follow up for satisfaction.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management as directed.
• Meet with local distributors and apartment owners to roll out referral programs.
• Maintain technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to succeed; perform other duties as assigned.
