Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic Direct Sales Supervisor to lead a residential sales team in the Salem/Vancouver market, driving top performance and a winning sales culture. The role is roughly 60% fieldwork and 40% office work, guiding staff to meet and exceed goals and ensuring adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with prior sales management experience in related industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door (D2D) sales, or field sales, preferably within telecommunications, cable, wireless, or related industries.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing sales representatives or field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Coach and follow Ezee Fiber’s sales process to assist with closing sales.
• Perform daily check-ins, conduct sales huddles/training, and attend meetings.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train Community Relations Managers.
• Identify training gaps and develop plans with the Direct Sales Manager and Training Coordinator.
• Communicate territory assignments and follow turf management best practices.
• Monitor payroll and ensure timely approval of commission payments.
