Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking an Account Executive, Direct Sales to drive residential subscriber growth through face-to-face outreach in assigned neighborhoods and communities. You will educate homeowners on fiber benefits, conduct door-to-door outreach, and build durable relationships with homeowners, HOAs/POAs, homebuilders, and managers.

This is a performance-driven field role with potential to earn commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Door-to-door, telecommunications, wireless, solar, roofing, home security, or outside sales experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through direct, face-to-face and door-to-door sales activities.
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and customer acquisition goals through prospecting and follow-up.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, HOA/POA representatives, homebuilders, and property managers.
• Develop referral opportunities through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
• Maintain expert understanding of product set and competitive landscape.
• Represent the company professionally in the field with integrity and brand experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, field coaching, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely communication with leadership.
