Job summary

Ziply Fiber D2D Regional Manager in Everett, WA leads a field sales team and drives customer acquisition for Ziply Fiber services. You will coach up to 20 Territory Sales Managers and Door-to-Door reps, ensure sales targets are met, and promote services in local communities.

This role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills, with substantial field time and travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership or related role.
• Minimum 4 years leading Door-to-Door or field sales teams.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in telecommunications, cable, internet, or consumer sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 20 Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
• Drive regional sales performance and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Promote Ziply Fiber residential products (internet and home phone).
• Spend 70-75% of time in the field providing coaching and ride-alongs.
• Develop territory penetration strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
• Monitor metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer experience.
