Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking an Account Executive, Direct Sales to drive residential subscriber growth through face-to-face, door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods. You will educate homeowners on fiber internet, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships with HOA/POA representatives, homebuilders, and property managers.

This is a 100% uncapped commission role with paid training and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Door-to-door, telecommunications, or outside sales experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through direct, face-to-face, and door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories.
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, activity standards, and customer acquisition goals through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
• Educate customers on Ezee Fiber's products, services, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, HOA/POA representatives, homebuilders, property managers, and community leaders.
• Develop referral opportunities through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
• Maintain an expert understanding of Ezee Fiber's product set and the competitive landscape.
