Job summary

Premium Retail Services in Everett, WA, is seeking a Ziply Fiber D2D Regional Manager to lead a field sales team and drive regional growth. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and achieving sales targets across the region.

You will manage a team of up to 20, promote Ziply Fiber services, and spend the majority of your time in the field ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or field management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading Door-to-Door, direct sales, or field sales teams.
• Experience in telecommunications, cable, internet, or consumer sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
• Drive regional sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Promote Ziply Fiber residential products (internet and home phone).
• Spend 70–75% of time in the field providing real-time coaching and support.
• Develop territory penetration strategies to maximize customer acquisition and market share.
• Monitor sales metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
• Promote safety and oversee field operations in various weather conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational excellence.
