Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic Direct Sales Supervisor to join our Salem/Vancouver market. The primary goal is to supervise the daily operations of the residential sales team, guiding them to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering best-in-class service.

The role blends 60% fieldwork with 40% office work, requiring strong leadership, coaching, and process discipline to build a winning sales culture across communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct sales, door-to-door (D2D) sales, or field sales experience, preferably within telecommunications, cable, wireless, or related industries.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing sales representatives or field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable.
• Coach and follow Ezee Fiber’s sales process to assist with closing sales.
• Perform daily check-ins, conduct sales huddles/training, and attend meetings.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train Community Relations Managers.
• Identify training gaps and develop plans with the Direct Sales Manager and Training Coordinator.
• Communicate territory assignments and follow turf management best practices.
• Monitor payroll and ensure timely approval of commission payments.
