Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist in Florida to drive new business, cross-sell to existing customers, and build lasting relationships. You will work locally, in person and by phone, generating leads, nurturing a pipeline, and collaborating with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives.

The position offers a base hourly rate with uncapped monthly incentives; 0–2 years of experience are typical, and P&C licensing is preferred or required within 90 days of joining the company.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
