Job summary

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive regional playground and outdoor fitness projects from a home office, handling opportunities from $10K to $1M+ and building lasting relationships.

Sell to schools, parks and recreation, municipalities, landscape architects, contractors and housing developers, manage a pipeline with CRM, and guide clients from design through installation while enjoying base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling.
• CRM system experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to regional targets, becoming an expert in design and functionality.
• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales.
• Leverage CRM by targeting market segments (schools, parks and recreation departments, municipalities, landscape architects, contractors, housing developers).
• Create product awareness and demand by presenting world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment at industry events.
• Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with support from central team.
• Ensure quality communication with customers from design through installation and post-sale.
