Job summary

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to serve as the region's playground and outdoor fitness equipment consultant from a home-based office.

You will promote KOMPAN projects to schools, parks, municipalities, and developers, managing a pipeline from $10K to $1M+, leveraging relationships and the CRM, and delivering best-in-class play and fitness solutions with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred.
• CRM familiarity preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management abilities.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to regional targets.
• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales.
• Leverage the CRM to target market segments.
• Create product awareness and demand through presentations and events.
• Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with central team.
• Maintain quality communication throughout the sales process from design to installation and post-sale.
