Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure obtainable within 90 days of joining

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals
• Develop community relationships to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
