The role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, developing community ties and delivering tailored insurance solutions with a base rate of $20 per hour plus incentive potential.

Qualifications

• 0– 2years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
