Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance-related roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or eligible for licensure within 90 days.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop community relationships to support business growth (dealerships, events, partners).
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
