The role emphasizes developing opportunities, cross-selling services, and managing the full sales process with internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Remote with occasional on-site meetings; require 4+ years in direct mail sales.

We are seeking an experienced Direct Mail Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a high-

impact role focused on developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing

clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new direct mail and print business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing leaders, agencies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, retailers, and other target markets.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling fulfillment, digital marketing, and other value-added services.
• Develop customized solutions that meet client objectives and budgets.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through proposal development, contract negotiation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, production, and client services teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience in the print and direct mail industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of direct mail production, data processing, personalization, postal regulations, and related marketing services.
• Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, fulfillment, or marketing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong prospecting and business development capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Due to occasional meetings, must live in the Southern California area (Orange County preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with marketers, agencies, financial services, healthcare, retail, or nonprofit organizations.
• Experience selling omnichannel marketing solutions that combine direct mail and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of USPS mailing programs and postal optimization strategies.

Schedule

• Flexible but business operations are from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Remote (occasional on-site meetings)

Pay Rate

• $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
• Uncapped commission plan
