Job summary

You will translate client requirements into actionable work orders, monitor milestones, and strive to deliver on-time, on-budget results while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of project management or customer service experience.
• Experience in commercial printing, direct mail, or related production environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of postal regulations and production terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize production timelines to track milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with internal departments to monitor progress and address delays.
• Coordinate activation of new projects and submit required paperwork to Scheduling.
• Enter detailed print work orders outlining print, laser, and production specifications.
• Ensure production aligns with client requirements and timelines.
• Translate client instructions into actionable work instructions for internal teams.
• Manage client inventory and act as liaison for communication.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotes if needed.
• Maintain professional, responsive, and solution-oriented client service.
• Review client artwork for compliance and coordinate with Project Engineer for pre-press processing.
