Job summary

Continuum is seeking a Production Manager, Direct Mail to lead end-to-end direct mail campaigns with a strong focus on production efficiency, cost management, and client service. This remote role includes a 10% travel requirement and collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.

The candidate will oversee planning, budgeting, and reporting, leveraging digital tools to optimize processes and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in print production, directing direct mail programs with measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with high frequency, low volume mail programs and co-mingle mail services.
• Experience purchasing in manufacturing or agency settings, negotiating costs and schedules with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end direct mail campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings to define objectives and review production requirements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, review bids, and negotiate pricing and timelines.
• Input data and generate client and supplier reports; manage invoicing and spend allocations.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide reports to leadership and clients.
