Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to standardize and scale our national Direct Install offering. You will partner with regional operations, engineering, delivery services, national accounts, and utility clients to drive consistency and growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage program measures and approvals, and negotiate contracts while expanding the program with utility clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance across one or more concurrent programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and programs to execute projects.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
• Evaluate customer and site-specific requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts and changes, and manage budgets, statements of work, and financial terms.
• Coordinate schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities with Operations and National Accounts.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients and National Accounts to build a pipeline.
• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to plans, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for program activity and lead program reviews.
• Analyze problems and opportunities to improve profitability and viability.
• Drive process improvements to enable scalability as Direct Install expands.
