Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to unify and scale Direct Install across regions. You will own the program from inception to completion, driving cost, timelines, and performance while coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and national accounts.

You will engage with utility clients and regional leaders to optimize eligibility, approvals, and contracts, ensuring profitability and growth for the program nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification preferred; MBA highly desirable.
• 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region programs with new clients and products.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and utilities to execute projects.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with leadership.
• Evaluate site-specific requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts and changes; coordinate budgets and terms.
• Facilitate project execution by aligning schedules, access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients and national accounts.
• Establish milestones, monitor plans, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Lead program reviews as the primary customer contact on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to scale Direct Install.
