CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own the nationwide Direct Install offering. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and performance with a focus on scalability and consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Stakeholder management under resistance and driving projects forward.
• Some knowledge of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
• Ability to learn quickly and build domain expertise.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region programs from planning through execution.
• Sales-adjacent instincts: negotiation, influence, and driving momentum.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; leads cross-functional teams (7–15).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project-tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, utilities, and programs.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership.
• Evaluate site requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate budgets and terms.
• Facilitate project execution with schedules, site access, materials, and installations.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence; reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activity and reviews on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Analyze problems and opportunities and recommend profitability improvements.
• Identify and drive process improvements for scalability as programs expand.
