CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to standardize and scale our Direct Install offerings nationwide. You will partner with regional operations, engineering, national accounts, and utility clients to ensure consistent program execution and strong profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in program management, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of multi‑region delivery in energy efficiency or utility programs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and persistence in driving projects.
• Experience with utility clients or energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple regions/delivery.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute projects across regions and programs.
• Manage eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals with leadership.
• Develop program scope, milestones, and budgets; monitor performance.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activity and reviews.
