Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to lead our national Direct Install offering. You will coordinate engineering, operations, analytics, and accounts teams to drive consistent, scalable program delivery across regions and utilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of program management, strong stakeholder acumen, and a solid grasp of energy efficiency programs. This role emphasizes negotiation, communication, and leadership of 7–15 person cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and programs with a tactful, persistent approach.
• Experience with utility energy efficiency programs is preferred.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, national accounts, and analytics.
• Manage measure eligibility requirements and lead utility approvals.
• Evaluate site requirements to determine Direct Install measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and financial terms; drive program plans.
• Drive project execution by coordinating schedules, access, materials, and installation.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients.
