Swoon is seeking a driven Direct Hire Recruiter to join our Dallas team. This is a high-velocity, people-first recruiting role focused on direct hire and permanent placements for diverse professional skill sets.

You’ll own the full lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while building strong pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive outreach. A collaborative, goal-oriented environment with mentorship awaits.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with direct hire/permanent placement recruiting is required.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer stages.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, technical, or specialized positions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with our sales team and clients to fill direct hire and permanent placement opportunities across a variety of professional skill sets.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offer negotiations, and successful placements.
• Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Identify and engage passive candidates, understand their career motivations, and help connect them with the right opportunities.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Develop lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teammates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and our sales team to understand client needs, provide market insights, and deliver strong candidates.
• Consistently work toward recruiting activity goals, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and successful placements.
• Support occasional contract recruiting opportunities as business needs arise.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping the recruiting process moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
