Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement, and help with skill-building activities.

You will also bring recipients into the community to pursue personal goals outside the home, with flexible schedules and a welcoming team culture. Full and part-time positions are available with paid training and weekly pay, plus opportunities for care-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
