Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities, and bringing them into the community to grow personal goals. We serve the Southeast Michigan community and offer both full- and part-time positions, paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to support goals.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors.
