Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients, helping with activities and community outings to build goals.

Full and part-time positions available; paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care for recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Take recipients into the community to support personal goals.
