Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of the home environment.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Full and part-time positions are available in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support goals.
